FLC: Transferring registration, depository data of FLC shares from HOSE to UPCOM

Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for FLC shares from HOSE to UPCOM as follows:
- Total number of registered securities: 709,997,807 shares
- Total value of registered securities: 7,099,978,070,000VND
From 22nd February 2023, VSD will transfer data of registration and depository of FLC shares from HOSE to UPCOM.
Reason: FLC Group Joint Stock Company was delisted in accordance with Decision no.51/QĐ-SGDHCM dated 13th February 2023 of Hochiminh Stock Exchange, the Company meets requirements of a public company on the trading platform of UPCOM as stipulated in Article 133 of Decree no.155/2020/NĐ-CP dated 31st December 2020 by the Government.
