- Ms. Dang Hong Nghi has been appointed Deputy General Manager with effect since 01/03/2023
- Mr. Ho Thong Nhat has been appointed Deputy General Manager with effect since 01/03/2023
- Mr. Tran Hai Dang has been appointed Chief Accountant with effect since 01/03/2023
