- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Finance-Accounting Department of A Dong Paint Joint Stock Company, 1387 Binh Dong Port, Ward 15, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City from 30th March 2023.
b. 2023 Annual General Meeting
- Payment rate: 1 share - 1 voting right
- Meeting time: 22nd April 2023 (Saturday)
- Meeting venue: meeting hall of A Dong Paint Stock Company- Hai Son industrial park, Ap Binh Tien 2, Duc Hoa Ha commune, Duc Hoa district, Long An province.
- Meeting agenda: discussion and approval of issues:
+ Report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2022 production and business;
+ 2023 production & business plan
+ 2022 audited financial statements
+ Report by the Auditing Committee on 2022 operation situation
+ Proposal by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2022 profit distribution and 2023 plan
+ Proposal by the BOD on remuneration for the BOD, person being in charge of corporate governance in 2022; bonuses for the BOD and the Management Board when completing production & business plan;
+ Proposal by the BOD to select an independent auditing company for 2023 financial statements;
+ Proposal for revising the Charter of organization and operation
+ Other issues as prescribed in the Company's Charter within the authority of the general meeting (if any). Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 17th March 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
