VIC: Approval for the purchase of shares of Lang Van

On February 17, 2023, VINGROUP Joint Stock Company received the transfer of all shares in Lang Van Development and Investment Joint Stock Company from Vinhomes.,JSC. After the transfer, Vinhomes continues to implement Lang Van project as planned.
