SP2: Notice of stock status

On 17/02/2023, HNX announces the status of Su Pan 2 Hydropower Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: SP2) as follows: SP2 shares are put out of trading restriction starting from February 22, 2023 due to the reason that the owner’s equity recorded in the Audited Financial Statement 2022 is not negative as prescribed at Point a Section 5 Article 34 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading management of Unlisted securities as attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
