SP2: Decision on being put out of trading restriction

Following Decision No. 71/QD-SGDHN dated 17/02/2023, HNX announces the following stock will be put out of trading restriction as follow:
- Issuer: Su Pan 2 Hydropower Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: SP2
- Reason: The owner’s equity in the Audited Financial Statement 2022 is not negative
- Effective date: 22/02/2023
- Applicable laws: Point a Section 5 Article 34 of the Regulations on Registration and Trading Management of Unlisted companies.
