TPB: Cancellation of the Record Date for Corporate Actions

According to Document No. 23/2023/TPB.HĐQT dated 15th February 2023 of Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank (securities code: TPB) as regards cancellation of the record date for payment of 2023 cash dividend from undistributed profit (accumulated as of 2021) after making reserves for fund establishments in accordance with Resolution no.01/2023/NQ-TPB.ĐHĐCĐ dated 6th February 2023, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 21st February 2023 for payment of 2023 cash dividend from undistributed profit (accumulated as of 2021) after making reserves for fund establishments in accordance with Resolution no.01/2023/NQ-TPB.ĐHĐCĐ dated 6th February 2023 in accordance with Notice no. 266/TB-VSD dated 10th February 2023 by VSD.
Reason: For reviewing and completing internal procedures, TPB issued Resolution no.10/2023/NQ-TPB.HĐQT dated 15th February 2023 by the Board of Directors on approving adjusted plan on 2023 cash dividend payment
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to investors who have deposited HDW shares at DMs.
