PBT: Approve the contract signing policy between the Company and affiliated persons

On February 17, 2023, Petro Vietnam Building and Commercial JSC announced Official Dispatch No. 01/PVBLD-HDQT on approving the policy on signing the service contract between the Company and affiliated persons, as follows:

Approving the policy of participating in the bidding and negotiating and signing the bidding package "Purchase Pallets for use in PP workshop according to Order No. 638-11000000/DH-DDSX" with Binh Son Refining and Petrochemical Joint Stock Company as proposed by the Director at Proposal No. 05/TTr-PVBLD dated February 16, 2023.

The Manager is requested to perform the following tasks as per the provisions of current law, ensuring the effectiveness for the Company.
