PDR: Cancellation of the Record Date

According to the Notice No. 42/2023/PĐ-TC dated 20th February 2023 of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp as regards cancellation of the record date for 2023 Annual general meeting, Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce as follows:
Cancelling the record date of 28th February 2023 for 2023 Annual general meeting in accordance with Notice no.97/TB-CNVSD dated 8th February 2023 by VSD.
Reason: the Issuer changes the meeting time of 2023 Annual general meeting
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to investors who have deposited PDR shares at DMs.
