+ Proposal for adjusting share issuance for 2021 stock dividend payment
+ Proposal for scheme of share issuance for 2022 stock dividend payment
+ Proposal for approving 2023 business plan
+ Proposal for report on 2022 remuneration payment for members of the BOD, SB and senior executives; 2023 remuneration plan for the BOD, SB members
+ Proposal for selecting an independent auditing company for 2023 financial statements
+ Proposal for dismissing BOD members for 2022-2027 term and election of additional BOD members for 2022-2027
+ Proposal for issuing shares to existing shareholders for raising charter capital
+ Proposal for adjusting Proposal no.17/2022/TTĐH-HĐQT-TCD dated 24th March 2022 on implementing stock bonus in accordance with ESOP based on 2021 business results approved by 2022 Annual general meeting
+ Proposal for policy of ESOP stock bonus to the BOD, SB and Management Board basing on 2022 results and 2023 ESOP stock bonus policy
+ Proposal for revising the Charter (23rd time)
+ Other issues (if any) within the authority of the General meeting.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 15th March 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
