VCA: Explanation for recovery plan

On February 27, 2023, VNSTEEL - VICASA Joint Stock Company proposed the recovery plan for the shares under warning status as follows: - Actively implement the cost saving plan and the business plan in Q1/2023 and 2023 - Evaluate the consumption of steel to maintain the production activity, salary guarantee for employees and profit for the investors.
