On February 27, 2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced that Petroleum Real Estate Joint Stock Company is at risk of delisting under Point h Section 1 Article 120 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP dated December 31, 2020. Accordingly, the audit organization refused to give opinions on Petroleum Real Estate Joint Stock Company’s Financial Statements 2022. Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider delisting PVL Stock according to the regulation.
