FLC: Notice on status of FLC shares

On 24/2/2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced the Notice on status of FLC shares as follows:
FLC share will be moved to trading suspension status from 03/03/2023 according to Decision No. 79/QD-SGDHN dated 24/2/2023.
Reason: The company is forcibly delisted after seriously violating the regulations on information disclosure, and belongs to other case in which HNX or SSC considered to delist in order to protect investor's benefit (based on Regulation point o, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decision 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 of the Government and Point d, Clause 1, Article 36 of Listing and management regulations attached with Decision No.34/QD-HDTV of Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange).
