FLC: Stock under trading suspension

On 24/2/2023, HNX announces that the following stock will be suspended for trading as follows:
- Issuer: FLC Group JSC
- Stock code: FLC
- Reason: the company is forcibly delisted after seriously violating the regulations on information disclosure, and belongs to other case in which HNX or SSC considered to delist in order to protect investor's benefit (based on Regulation point o, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decision 155/2020/ND-CP dated 31/12/2020 of the Government).
- Effective date: 03/03/2023
- Applicable regulations: Point d, Clause 1, Article 36 of Listing and management regulations attached with Decision No.34/QD-HDTV of Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 working days, the company must explain reason and solution to overcome this situation in document to HNX.
