The Board resolution dated February 27, 2023, the Board of Directors of BenTre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved the following contents: Approved the regulation of stock issuance under ESOP in 2022. Approved the standard of employees participating in the stock issuance under ESOP in 2022. Approved the list of employees participating in the stock issuance under ESOP in 2022. Approved the expected execution time in Quarter 1/2023, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
