TGG: The extraordinary general meeting of 2023 is unsuccessful

On February 28, 2023, the Extraordinary General Meeting 2023 of Louis Capital Joint Stock Company was organized. However, there were less than 50% total voting shares of the Company according to the list of shareholders closed on February 03, 2023. Therefore, the Extraordinary General Meeting 2023 was not eligible to proceed. Accordingly, the second Extraordinary General Meeting 2023 will be noticed later.
