DBT: Change of charter capital

On February 27, 2023, BenTre Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company issued the Board resolution to approve the following contents: Approved the increase of the company’s charter capital from VND142,051,160,000 to VND156,254,770,000, equivalent to 1,420,361 shares due to the share issuance for 2021 dividend payment. Approved the amendment, supplement of the Company’s charter with new charter capital.
