TPB: Adjusting payment date for dividend

On February 15, 2023, the BOD of Tien Phong Commercial Joint Stock Bank approved to adjust of the payment date for cash dividend as follows: - Payment date: April 03, 2023 (instead of March 03, 2023). - The record date: March 21, 2023 (instead of February 21, 2023).
