PDR: Approving the purchase of shares of Bac Cuong JSC

The Board resolution dated February 27, 2023, the BOD of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp approved the additional purchase of 29,700,000 shares of Bac Cuong Joint Stock Company. After the purchase, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp will own 49,500,000 shares, equivalent to VND495,000,000,000, accounting for 99% charter capital of Bac Cuong Joint Stock Company.
