WTC: 2023 Annual General Meeting

Vietnam Securities Depository would like to announce the record date as follows:

- Execution rate: 1:1 (1 share - 1 voting right)
- Meeting time: 21st April 2023 tentatively
- Meeting venue: Office of Vinacomin - Waterway Transport Joint Stock Company, Cell no.16, B17, pillar 5, pillar 8 urban area , Hong Ha ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh
- Meeting agenda:
+ Approval of report by the Board of Directors (BOD) on 2022 activities, 2023 directions and tasks
+ Approval of report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on management of the BOD, the Director and appraisal of 2022 financial statements
+ Approval of 2022 production & business results, 2023 plan
+ Approval of revising the Charter
+ Approval of changing BOD members
+ Approval of 2022 audited financial statements
+ Approval of 2022 profit distribution
+ Approval of selecting an auditing company for 2023 financial statements
+ Approval of 2023 remuneration and 2023 plan for BOD, SB members
+ Other issues
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 4th April 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
