a. Report on assessing production & business results, assessment of the Board of Directors (BOD) in 2022, 2023 production & business and investment plan.
b. Report by the Supervisory Board (SB) on 2022 activities and 2023 directions; Appraisal report on 2022 financial statements
c. Proposals by the BOD, the SB, including:
+ Proposal for approving separated financial statements from 01/01/2022 to 31/12/2022
+ Proposal for approving the consolidated financial statements from 01/01/2022 to 31/12/2022
+ Proposal of 2022 profit distribution
+ Proposal of 2023 production, business, investment plan
+ Proposal for signing contracts with Thai Hung Trading Joint Stock Company
+ Proposal for signing contracts with Thai Trung Steel Rolling Joint Stock Company
+ Proposal for salary and remuneration for members of the BOD, CEO, Assistant CEO, SB, Chief Accountant in 2023 of Thai Nguyen Iron and Steel Joint Stock Company
+ Proposal of selecting an independent auditing company for 2023
+ Other issues within the authority of the general meeting
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 22nd March 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
