HU3: Notice of record date for AGM 2023 and dividend payment in 2021

On March 03, 2023, HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announces the record date as follows: - Record date: March 29, 2023 1) Reason purpose: to hold the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and pay the cash dividend in 2021. 2) Contents: a) To hold the 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: - Exercise ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right - Meeting time: Notice later - Meeting venue: expected at Floor 5, HUD3 Tower, 121-123 To Hieu, Nguyen Trai ward, Ha Dong district, Ha Noi. b) To pay the cash dividend in 2021: - Exercise ratio: 3%/par value (300 dongs/share) - Payment time: April 13, 2023. - Place of implementation: + For deposited securities: Shareholder will implement procedures to receive dividend at the securities companies where shareholders opened securities depository account. + For undeposited securities: Shareholder will receive dividend at HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company head office on working days.
