DHG: Content to submit the AGM 2022

The Board resolution dated February 28, 2023, DHG Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved the contents of the 2022 Annual General Meeting for the first time as follows: - 2022 Annual General Meeting organization regulation - Report of the Board of Directors; - Report of the company activities; - Report on the remuneration of the Board of Directors; - Report on the busniess plan in 2023; - Proposal to select the auditor for the financial statements in 2023; - Audited financial statements in 2022; - 2022 profit allocation and 2023 profit distribution plan.
