PCG: 2023 Extraordinary General Meeting convened by major shareholders who have the right to represent the company in accordance with the the Enterprise Law

+ Dismissal of Mr. Zhu Zhilin from member of the Board of Directors (BOD) and election of new BOD member. Reason: Mr. Zhu Zhilin seriously violated the rights of shareholders and obligations of executives (based on Clause 3, Article 115 of 2020 Enterprise Law);
+ Dismissal of Mr. Gao Zhixin from member of the Supervisory Board (SB) and election of new SB member. Reason: Mr. Gao Zhixin is not qualified in terms of Vietnamese law education (pursuant to item d, clause 2, article 174, 2020 Enterprise Law)
Other issues and materials of 2023 Extraordinary general meeting will be announced in mass media at least 21 days before the meeting
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 AM, 24th March 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
