The Board resolution dated March 04, 2023, Duc Giang Chemicals Group Joint Stock Company approved the contents of the 2022 Annual General Meeting as follows: - 2022 Annual General Meeting organization regulation - Report of the Board of Directors; - Report of the Supervisory Board; - Audited the financial statements in 2022; - 2022 profit allocation; - Report on the busniess plan in 2023; - Report on the remuneration of the Board of Directors; - Proposal to select the auditor for the financial statements in 2023; - Other issues.
