- Stock code: SD4
- Reason: the company continues violating the regulations on information disclosure after being under restriction, specifically: the Company is late in submitting the Consolidated Financial Statement of Quarter 4/2022 based on Regulation point c, Clause 1, Article 41 of Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/3/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Effective date: 14/03/2023
The Company must explain the reason and solution to overcome this situation in document to HNX and disclose information.
