VE2: Stock under trading suspension

On 06/03/2023, pursuant to the Decision No.01/QD-HDTV dated 30 June 2021, Decision No.08/QD-HDTV dated 09 July 2021 Vietnam Stock Exchange, Law on Securities No.54/2019/QH14 dated 26 November 2019, Circular No.155/2020 ND-CP dated 31 December 2020, Circular No. 96/2020/TT-BTC dated 16 November 2020 of the Ministry of Finance guiding information disclosure on the stock market, Listing regulations attached with Decision No.17/QD-HDTV of the Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange, Regulation on information disclosure at Vietnam Stock Exchange and its subsidiaries issued attached with the Decision No. 21/QD-SDGVN dated 21 December 2021 of the General Director of Vietnam Stock Exchange, HNX announces that the following stock will be suspended for trading as follows:
- Issuer: VNECO2 Electricity Construction Joint-Stock Company
- Stock code: VE2
- Reason: The company is late to submit the semi-annual financial statement 2022 with review more than 06 months compared to the prescribed time limit
- Applicable regulations: Point a, Clause 1, Article 41 of Listing regulations attached with Decision No.17/QD-HDTV dated 31/03/2022 of Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange
- This decision replaces the Decision No. 702/QD-SGDHN dated 07/10/2022 of the Hanoi Stock Exchange on stock put under trading restriction
- Effective date: 14/03/2023
