On 07/03/2023, HNX announces that the following stock will be suspended for trading as follows:
- Issuer: CFS Investment and Import Export Trading Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: KLF
- Reason: the company continues violating the regulations on information disclosure after being under restriction, specifically: the Company is late in submitting the Review Financial Statement 2022 6 months late, based on Regulation point a, Clause 1, Article 41 of Regulation on Listing and Trading securities attached to Decision No. 17/QD-HDTV dated 31/3/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
- Effective date: 14/03/2023
The Company must explain the reason and solution to overcome this situation in document to HNX and disclose information.
