PXM: Decision on continued trading restriction on UPCoM

Following Decision No. 113/QD-SGDHN dated March 07, 2023, HNX announces the continued trading restriction of PXM stock as follows:
- Reason for continued trading restriction: The company had negative owner equity according to audited Financial Statements 2022; The auditing organization gave adverse opinion on Financial Statements 2022
- Ground for continued trading restriction: The audited Financial Statement of 2022;
- Trading restriction: be traded on Friday weekly
- Applicable laws: Point a, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of Vietnam Stock Exchange.
