On March 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Mien Trung Petroleum Construction JSC’s shares (stock code: PXM) as follows: PXM shares are continued being on trading restriction starting from 07/03/2023 due to the reason that the company had negative owner equity according to audited Financial Statements 2022, and the auditing organization gave adverse opinion on Financial Statements 2022 as prescribed at point a, c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022.
