VNL: 2023 Annual General Meeting and Second Advance Payment of 2023 Cash Dividend

Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce the record date as follows:

a. 2023 Annual General Meeting

+ Report by the Management Board on 2022 business results, 2023 orientation
+ Reports by the Board of Directors, Supervisory Board
+ Decision on 2022 profit distribution scheme
+ Decision on an auditing company for 2023
+ Decision on 2023 remuneration for the BOD, SB
+ Other relevant issues
Meeting materials will be uploaded on the website www.vinalinklogistics.com before 5th April 2023
b. Second Advance Payment of 2022 Cash Dividend
- Payment rate: 8%/share (800 VND per share)
- Payment time: 21st April 2023
- Payment place:
+ The holders whose shares have been deposited will receive dividend at the depository member where they opened depository account.
+ The holders whose shares have not been deposited will receive dividend at the Accounting department, 226/2 Le Van Sy, ward 1, Tan Binh district, Hochiminh city, tel 028-39919259  from 21st April 2023 for shareholders without bank account or via bank transfer for shareholders with bank account. ID cards have to be presented.
Depository members (DMs) are requested to compare the securities holders’ information in the List generated and sent in the form of Certificate of Authorization by VSD with the information managed by DMs then send Confirmation (Form 03/THQ) in the form of Certificate of Authorization on the accuracy of the list of shareholders (For DMs who have not completed the connection to VSD’s terminal-based gateway/ISO-based gateway or where the connection has been disrupted, the Confirmation with Certificate of Authorization shall be sent to thongbaoxacnhan@vsd.vn). In case of rejection due to data errors, VSD's members are requested to send written notice on details of errors for necessary correction.
Deadline for sending confirmation: by 10.30 am, 27th March 2023
If DMs do not send confirmation document by the above deadline, VSD will consider the list provided to DMs and direct account holding members by VSD accurate and confirmed. In case of arising disputes and losses to shareholders, DMs will have to bear all the related responsibilities.
DMs are requested to fully inform this notice to each investor who has deposited the above shares at DMs within 3 working days from the date on the notice.
