DCL: Approved the plan to issue shares under ESOP

The Board resolution dated March 06, 2023, the BOD of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved to implement the plan for stock issuance under ESOP as follows: - Stock name: Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company - Stock type: common share - Par value: 10,000 dongs/share - Charter capital: VND730,410,300,000 - Number of outstanding shares: 73,041,030 shares - Number of shares expected to be issued: 2,000,000 shares - Total value of issue (at par value): VND20,000,000,000 - Issue price: VND10,000/share - These shares will be restricted: To the employees in the management team: in 01 year from the finish date of the issuance To the employees in the Executive Board and the administration team: in 03 years from the finish date of the issuance - Estimated time of implementation: from March, 2023 to April, 2023, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
