QCC: Notice of stock status

On March 08, 2023, HNX announces the status of Construction Investment and Telecommunications Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: QCC) as follows: QCC shares are put on alert starting from March 10, 2023 due to the reason that the audit organization have expressed a qualified opinion on the Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
