VKC shares could be delisted

On March 09, 2023, The Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) announced the following:
VKC shares of VKC Holding JSC are likely to be delisted according to the provisions of Point e and h, Clause 1, Article 120 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP due to the total accumulated loss exceeds the actual contributed charter capital and the audit organization provides disclaimer opinion on the 2022 financial statements.
The Hanoi Stock Exchange will consider compulsory delisting of VKC shares
