VIR: Notice of stock status

On March 07, 2023, HNX announces the status of Vung Tau Intourco Resort JSC’s shares (stock code: VIR) as follows: Continued trading restriction to Decision No. 115/QD-SGDHN dated March 08, 2023. VIR shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason that the auditing organization had disclaimer opinion on Financial Statements 2022 according to Point c, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
