VDS: VDS put into warning status

On March 09, 2023, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued a decision to put the shares of Viet Dragon Securities Corporation (stock code: VDS) in warning status as of March 16, 2023. Reason: the undistributed profit after tax until December 31, 2022 was -50.63 billion dongs according to the audited financial statements in 2022. This is the case of securities being warned under the Listing Regulations on the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
