SCO: Notice of stock status

On March 10, 2023, HNX announces the status of Seaproducts Mechanical Shareholding Company’s shares (stock code: SCO) as follows: Continued trading restriction to Decision No. 125/QD-SGDHN dated March 10, 2023, SCO shares are under trading restriction due to the reason that the company has negative owner equity in Annual Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 by the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
