TNS: Notice of stock status

On March 13, 2023, HNX announces the status of Thong Nhat Flat steel Joint stock company’s shares (stock code: TNS) as follows: Continued trading restriction to Decision No. 128/QD-SGDHN dated March 13, 2023. TNS shares are under trading restriction due to the reason that the auditor issued a disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statements 2022 according to Point c, Clause 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
