ACC: Explanation for late publication of bank loan

On March 10, 2023, the BOD of ACC Binh Duong Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company sent a document to the State Securities Commission (SSC) and the Hochiminh Stock Exchange to explain the late publication of the approval for borrowed capital at BIDV – Tay Ho branch with the estimated credit limit of VND228,732,000,000 for the project implementation.
