CTF: Plan for stock issuance under ESOP

The Board resolution dated March 14, 2023, the Board of Directors of City Auto Corporation approved the following contents: 1) Approved the execution of the plan to issue shares under ESOP: - Stock name: City Auto Corporation - Stock type: common share - Transfer restriction: 01 year from the ending of the issuance. - Number of outstanding shares: 76,017,542 shares - Number of shares expected to be issued: 3,800,877 shares - Issue price: VND15,000/share - Plan for using capital after the issuance: to supplement its capital for the Company’s business activities. 2) Approved the stock issuance under ESOP regulation.
