The Board resolution dated March 16, 2023, the BOD of Cuu Long Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company approved to implement the plan for stock issuance under ESOP as follows: - Stock name: Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company - Stock type: common share - Par value: 10,000 dongs/share - Number of shares expected to be issued: 600,000 shares - Total value of issue (at par value): VND6,000,000,000 - Issue rate: 2.61% - Issue price: VND10,000/share - These shares will be restricted in 05 years from the finish date of the issuance - Estimated time of implementation: after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).
