On March 15, 2023, HNX announces the status of Cai Lan Port Investment Joint Stock Company’s shares (stock code: CPI) as follows: CPI shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason that the company had negative owner equity according to audited Financial Statements 2022 as prescribed at point a, Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022.
