PFL: Notice of stock status

On March 16, 2023, HNX announces the status of Petroleum Dong Do JSC’S shares (stock code: PFL) as follows:
PFL shares are put on alert from March 20, 2023 due to the reason that the auditing organization gave qualified opinion on Financial Statements for 03 consecutive years or more according to Point a, Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
