KDC: BOD resolution dated March 14, 2023

On March 14, 2023, the BOD of KIDO Group Corporation issued the Board resolution to collect shareholders opinions written to approve the plan for stock issuance under ESOP and stock issuance to increase capital from the owner’s equity.
