BCG: Board resolution dated March 15, 2023

The Board resolution dated March 15, 2023, the BOD of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company (BCG) approved the following issues: 1) Approved the implementation of the adjustment of planning to use capital from the share public offering issued by the Board resolution dated February 10, 2023. 2) Approved the supplement of the application of the share public offering to existing shareholders.
