KBC: Increasing charter capital to subsidiary

The Board resolution dated March 16, 2023, the Board of Directors of Kinh Bac City Development Holding Corporation approved to increase charter capital to Kinh Bac – Da Nang Investment Company Limited from VND720,000,000,000 to VND1,091,000,000,000.
