PNC: Postponement of the time to hold AGM 2023

The Board resolution dated March 16, 2023, the BOD of Phuong Nam Cultural Joint Stock Corporation approved to postpone the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2023 but no later than June 30, 2023.
