PSH: Change of contributed capital in Nam Song Hau Phong Dien

The Board resolution dated March 17, 2023, the BOD of Nam Song Hau Trading Investing Petroleum Joint Stock Company (PSH) approved the following issues: Approved the change of the contributed capital in Nam Song Hau Phong Dien Petrolium Distribution Company Limited with the ownership ratio to 98%, equivalent to VND18,620,000,000. Approved the appointment of Mr. Mai Van Thanh as the representative of the contributed capital in Nam Song Hau Phong Dien Petrolium Distribution Company Limited.
