The Board resolution dated March 16, 2023, the Board of Directors of The Southern Fertilizer Joint Stock Company approved the contents to submit to the Annual General Meeting 2023 with details as follows: Approving the report on the final settlement of project at Hiep Phuoc Fertilizer Factory. Approving the report on the documents of Annual General Meeting 2023, including: The BOD and the Executive Board activies in 2022 and plan for 2023 Business plan in 2023 Profit distribution plan in 2022. Remuneration of the BOD, Supervisory Board in 2022 and plan for 2023 Audited financial statements in 2022. Selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2023.
