On March 20, 2023, Hanoi Stock Exchange announces Decision No. 156/QD-SGDHN putting the following stock under alert:
·         Issuer: VNECO4 Electricity Construction JSC
·         Securities type: common stock
·         Stock code: VE4
·         Base of review: Audited Financial Statement 2022
·         Effective date: 23/03/2023
·         Reason: Undistributed after-tax profit in the audited 2022 financial statements is negative
·         Applicable law(s): Point b, Clause 1 Article 37 of the Regulation attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Board of members of the Vietnam Stock Exchange
Within 15 days from the date the stock is put on alert as prescribed in Article 1 of this Decision, VNECO4 Electricity Construction JSC must send a document to the HNX to explain the cause and provide a remedy.
